I was really disappointed with my experience at the Westin Maui. While the location is stunning and close to great attractions, the service was lacking, and the lack of amenities due to pool renovations significantly impacted my stay. I felt that for such a renowned brand, the management could have communicated better and shown more concern for guests. It's hard to enjoy a vacation when you're left feeling undervalued and disrespected.
