While the Sheraton Maui has stunning ocean views and a great location, the confusing layout and management issues detracted from our experience. We loved the snorkeling and in-house entertainment, but the service could improve, particularly around special occasions. The amenities are enjoyable, but the construction work and lack of pool security were disappointing.

I was really disappointed with my experience at the Westin Maui. While the location is stunning and close to great attractions, the service was lacking, and the lack of amenities due to pool renovations significantly impacted my stay. I felt that for such a renowned brand, the management could have communicated better and shown more concern for guests. It’s hard to enjoy a vacation when you’re left feeling undervalued and disrespected.

The Sheraton Maui Resort & Spa boasts a beautiful beach location that is hard to beat. The room we stayed in was nice and reasonably spacious, though there was some noise from the nearby elevator. The pool area was enjoyable, but securing shaded chairs was a challenge, and we had an unsettling experience with security one night. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, but there are areas for improvement, particularly in security measures.
